About Us

One of US News and World Report's Best High Schools - 2022

Oshkosh West High School is the home of the Wildcats!  Our mission is to create a culture for learning that engages the OWHS community so that all students graduate college, career, and community ready. The school offers more than 60 different co-curricular opportunities for students ranging from Division 1 athletics, to the fine arts, to interest- and curriculum-based clubs.

Other highlights of West include its highly dedicated staff, Alberta Kimball Auditorium, the Veterans Honor Hall, five beautiful courtyards, Wildcat Wearhouse student-run store, and the student-run Wildcat Café.
