Veterans Honor Hall
Honor Hall Information
The Oshkosh High/West Alumni Veterans Honor Hall is a located between the two cafeterias at Oshkosh West High School. The Honor Hall pays tribute to those who sacrificed their time and life to protect the freedoms we have here in Oshkosh, WI as well as the United States of America. Each veteran's name is engraved on a plate and attached to the wall that memorializes their service. Many of these veterans were never welcomed home in an appropriate manner and thanked for what they gave up. That is why, today, we welcome all our veterans home and thank them for their service to our country and Oshkosh, WI.
Oshkosh West hosted the Oshkosh High/West Veterans Honor Hall Commemorative Ceremony on Saturday, November 11th, 2017 in the Alberta Kimball Auditorium. The ceremony, titled “Welcome Home”, packed 1200 people into the auditorium to not only welcome our veterans home from service, but to welcome them back to Oshkosh West.
For regular updates about the Honor Hall, please visit its Facebook page.
