  •  Financial Aid Resources (Seniors)

    • Seniors are encouraged to check out the OWHS Scholarship Listing: Scholarships

    • College Goal Wisconsin is a FREE event to get assistance completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Please visit: for more information about these events. 

  • Virtual College Visits (Seniors and Juniors): Because of COVID-19 safety protocols, representatives from colleges and technical colleges will not be visiting the building to meet with students. In order to still obtain important information and continue exploring college options, please visit the following listing for how to virtually visit colleges or virtually meet with college representatives: Virtual College Visits

  • ACT Test Prep (Juniors): Juniors at West will take the ACT on March 9, 2021. Students who would like to participate in ACT Prep courses should visit the OWHS Counseling Website, where some of the local ACT prep opportunities are listed:

    • Select “Standardized Testing”

    • Select “Test Prep”

  • How to check grades in Canvas and Infinite Campus (All Grades): This link explains how to check grades in both Infinite Campus and Canvas: Access to Grades in IC and Canvas  

  • The October 29th PSAT/NMSQT at Oshkosh West has been cancelled and tentatively rescheduled for  Tuesday, January 26, 2021.   

  • More information on registering for the test will be sent out in early November.  It is possible that 10th grade students will not be eligible to take the test at West this year and that a limited number of students overall will be able to take the test.  It is impossible to predict what the situation will be like with the Covid 19 outbreak, but the health and safety of our students and staff will be priority one.  Thank you for your understanding during these difficult and unpredictable times.

In an effort to track return to school dates for students, we would like you to continue to notify your student's school when they have symptoms or have been a close contact or a household contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID. The OASD has given the go ahead to start winter sports (11.12.20 - OASD Plans for High School Winter Sports). Yearbooks are on sale until December 21st. They can be purchased at the school bank or ordered online (go to They are $55 until Christmas. We only pre order what has been paid for. If there are extras at the end of the year, they will be $60. Pre order early, because we’re never sure how many extras we’ll have!!

If you have a student in E Academy this year, and want them to be pictured in the yearbook, you can send a professional picture taken by someone else, (with a solid, simple background) to

Senior pictures were due October 23rd. If you did not submit one, please do that ASAP. We are looking for a head and shoulders, vertical pose; it’s okay if the pose is outdoors, or the student is wearing a hat, or holding a cat, just so it’s a head and shoulders, vertical pose. Those can be emailed to or a wallet sized photo can be brought to the yearbook office (W10). Email Amy Karoses with any questions.
