Please note that current high school students were emailed their tentative schedules for the 2025-2026 school year on June 2nd. Incoming high school freshmen will not be receiving a tentative copy of their schedule in June. They will receive their schedules in August.

Our current high school students also received a document explaining some scheduling guidelines with their tentative schedules. If there is an error in your student’s schedule, please have your student complete this Google Form.
Please Note: All form submissions must be via STUDENT DISTRICT EMAIL (parent and personal email address will not be accepted). Please encourage your student to review their tentative schedule and submit any errors to the schedule error form by the deadline of Monday, June 9, 2025. Thank you for your attention to this important process! 

As a reminder, schedule corrections are only made for ERRORS in schedules. Errors include the following:

• Missing a core class for graduation (English, Math, Science, Social Studies) 
• Having less than 6 classes each semester 
• Incorrect placement in a course (Spanish 3 but should be in Spanish 2, Algebra 2/Trig but should be in Geometry, etc.)

When students receive their tentative schedule, please keep the following in mind:

• This schedule is SUBJECT TO CHANGE - changes may happen up until the semester begins.
• The HOURS & TEACHERS of the courses in their schedule may still change.
• Schedules will not be arranged to accommodate requests for specific hours for classes or study halls.
• Lunches are not assigned yet, but please know we WILL NOT change schedules for lunch preferences. 

When final schedules are released in August, no changes will be made. Please take this time to carefully review your student’s schedule. Thank you!

ATTENTION FAMILIES OF STUDENT ATHLETES INTERESTED IN PLAYING A SPORT IN COLLEGE:

It's never too early to begin thinking about your athlete's future! If your student is interested in playing sports in college, please become familiar early in your athlete's high school career with the NCAA Clearinghouse.

The OASD Course Guide states: "To ensure that your athlete remains eligible to play college athletics at a NCAA Division 1-3 college (or undecided), please make sure they are taking core courses that are approved for NCAA eligibility; approved courses can be found on the NCAA Approved Course List. Courses meeting Oshkosh Area School District graduation requirements may not satisfy NCAA eligibility guidelines."

Before the beginning of junior year, or earlier, students should register at www.ncaaclearinghouse.net and follow all instructions, to include checking every semester to ensure all needed core courses for division qualification are met.

From the Health Office

All medications are to be picked up by the parent/guardian or permission given to send
home with your student, on or before the last day of school. Our policy will not allow
us to keep them for the next school year.

If your child has a current health plan or emergency plan on file with the school, you will
receive a copy during the summer to update for the upcoming school year.

If your child has a change in their health or has a healthcare need at school, please
contact our school district nurse, Stefanie Rebholz via email during the summer and she
will contact you at the beginning of the school year to discuss.

If your child will need to take medication at school, please work with your doctor to have
the following form completed and signed before the start of the school year. As a
reminder, the directions on the medication bottle must match the written order on the
medication request form.

If you have a child with a severe allergy and/or asthma, or seizures the following forms
will need to be completed for our school nurse. Inhalers, Epi-Pens, Allergy medications,
etc., must be in their original containers. Expiration dates will be monitored.

12th Grade Immunization Requirement

If your child will be in 12th grade during the 2025/2026 school year, we need to have dates
of two ACWY-containing meningitis vaccines, unless the first dose was given after your
child was 16 years old. Parents may sign a personal conviction or religious waiver for these
meningitis vaccines, just as they may for other vaccinations, or have a medical waiver
signed by a healthcare practitioner. Immunization Form

Dear Families and Caregivers,

Wisconsin has updated its immunization requirements for child care and school entry. The changes for school entry went into effect for the 2024/2025 school year. Therefore, if you have a child entering our school district for the first time in the 2025/26 school year and your child does not need the varicella vaccine because they had chicken pox disease you will need to have a healthcare provider (MD, PA, or NP) sign the verification of disease form on the immunization record. 

If your child will be in 7th grade for the 2025/2026 school year, our school district is collecting the date of their Meningitis vaccines, particularly the one containing ACWY antigens. This would be called MenQuadfi TN, Menveo®, or Menactra® on your child’s immunization record. You can print off a copy of their immunization record from the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR).

Get Ready for the 2025-26 School Year!

The Oshkosh Area School District’s Annual Student Update (Enrollment/Registration) for returning K-12 students and for new 4K students will take place April 1 - September 1, 2025. Students must be enrolled by September 1. While the deadline is September 1, we encourage you to complete this process as soon as possible to secure your child's spot for the next school year.

Your child’s school for the 2025-2026 school year will be listed in IC. If you have recently moved or if you were involuntarily transferred due to space limitations at your home school, please be sure to check this as it may be different from where your child is currently attending. 

This annual enrollment process is mandatory, and your student's place at their school will be reserved for the upcoming academic year. You'll update your demographic and contact information through the Infinite Campus (IC) Parent Portal.
